Is there an age minimum for check-in?
The minimum age for check-in at the hotel is 21.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
There is no charge for cancellations made at least 3 days prior to your reservation date. A fee of 1 night’s room and tax will be assessed for cancellations made less than 3 days prior to your reservation date. Reservations made under an Advance Purchase rate or during special events periods, do not apply to this cancellation policy.
Are pets welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for pets?
Pets are always welcome at the hotel. There is a $100 pet fee assessed for each pet per reservation.
Is smoking allowed at the hotel?
Smoking is not allowed in the building.

What fitness facilities and services are available?
Onsite fitness center with state of the art equipment, including free weights, yoga equipment and Peloton bikes.
Does the hotel offer parking?
On-property parking is available for $29 per car, per day and $35 per car, per day for oversized vehicles.
Is public transportation accessible from the hotel?
There are many public transportation options near the hotel, including Uber, Lyft and the Annapolis Circulator.
Is the hotel ADA accessible? What accessible features are offered at the hotel?

Are children welcome at the hotel? What facilities and services are available for children?
Children are always welcome at the hotel. We have cribs and pack and plays for use based on availability.
Can I receive mail and packages at the hotel?
We gladly accept mail and packages on your behalf. Please speak to the front desk for more information.
What food and beverage options are available at the hotel?
Outdoor dining at Pusser's Caribbean Grille is open daily from 11am - 8pm weather permitting. Known for its fresh seafood and breathtaking views of Annapolis Harbor and the Chesapeake Bay, this charming seaside restaurant is just steps from your guestroom and one of the best restaurants in Annapolis.
Is the fitness center open?
As per the current city mandate, our fitness center is temporarily closed.
Do you have to wear a mask at the hotel?
Following the federal guidelines and for the safety of our guests and team members, we ask that you wear a mask in all public spaces.
What else should I know before I arrive at the hotel?
We have a number of items that will be available to you upon request. Call guest services and let us know what you need and we'll happily deliver them to your guest room.

Can I bring my pet?
Yes, your furry or feathered friend under 100 pounds (extra-large breeds will be at the discretion of the Hotel management), provided they are fully trained, kept on a leash at all times, and comply with local legislation laws and requirements. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $100.00 per stay is posted to your room account for extra cleaning. A maximum of two pets per room which can be dogs, cats, birds and fish. This fee does not cover any additional costs for damages. Pets are allowed in all public areas and at Pusser's Caribbean Grille Dock Bar (when open), excluding the restaurant (Pusser's), private meeting rooms, and health club. This exclusion does not apply to guide or service dogs.

What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Our Flexible reservation policies are as follows:
- For guests with existing reservations for any future arrival date, the policies that were in place at the time of reservation, or as previously communicated, will continue to be honored.
- For guests making new reservations on or after July 6 for arrival dates through September 30, we will allow the reservation to be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date.*Reservations with pre-paid rates will be subject to the rate offer rules communicated at the time of reservation. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.
- For guests making new reservations for arrival dates on or after October 1, individual hotel cancellation policies in place at the time of reservation will apply. Please note that this policy does not apply to travel associated with a Group booking. For guests with Group reservations (e.g., for meetings, events or conferences), please review the booking rate rules and contact the group organizer for more information.
How can gift cards be purchased?

What deals are available?
The following denominations are offered:
- Purchase $100 for a value of $150
- Purchase $200 for a value of $300
- Purchase $300 for a value of $450
- Purchase $400 for a value of $600
- Purchase $500 for a value of $750
Does a gift card expire?
The promotional value (i.e. $50 of $150) is valid until December 31, 2021. The purchase value (i.e. $100 of $150) never expires.
When can I purchase gift cards from the Spirit of Travel Gift Card Sale?
Gift cards can be purchased beginning Monday, May 4 through Tuesday, May 26, 2020.
How do I redeem my gift card?
Starting on July 5, 2020, you can apply gift cards to room rate charges by simply presenting your gift card at check-out to apply towards eligible charges.
What charges can I use my gift card for?
Guests can use these towards reservations booked via the hotel’s website or by calling the hotel directly. Gift cards cannot be applied towards bookings made on a third party site, such as Expedia. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for restaurant, in-room dining, parking, taxes, fees or other charges.
Can I use a gift card at another affiliated hotel?
No, gift cards are only redeemable at the hotel that it was purchased. The hotel name is displayed on the gift card.
Can I purchase a gift card as a gift?
Yes! You can purchase a gift card that will be sent to your recipient’s email address.
What types of gift cards are available?
Our gift cards are electronic only. They can be presented via mobile device or via print out for redemption. Physical gift cards are not available.
